NiMo Ecosystem Roadmap: Building a Fun Gaming and Crypto Network
Hey everyone, this roadmap lays out how we're growing the NiMo ecosystem—a connected setup of games, coins, and community tools on Solana. We're keeping things organic, no paid promotions or ads, just steady progress with input from you all. As of September 01, 2025, daily giveaways are running, two games are up on Remix.gg, and we're prepping the full set. Phase 1: $NIMO Coin Creation, Website Launch, and Core Asset Distribution (September 2025 – February 2026)
Goal: Get the $NIMO token (250M supply) out there with community drops, while setting up the website, merch store, and book to start things off.
Coin Minting and Airdrop: Minted on Solana with clear setup. Drop 75M coins to active participants on X and Discord—rewarding folks who join early.
Daily Giveaway: From August 25, 2025, to February 16, 2026, share 1M $NIMO each day (split among 10 winners, 100K each) through X entries. Share your Solana wallet, tag 3 friends, like/follow—wallets checked for a small balance (>0.01 SOL) to avoid issues.
Website Creation (nimocoin.art): Central spot for games, token info, community links, and updates.
Online Store with $NIMO Swag: On Squarespace—pick up some sweet stuff. Pay with credit cards at checkout for easy access.
Book Creation and Publishing: "NiMo a CoSMiC aDVeNTuRe" sold only on the site—a story book for fans. Credit card payments at checkout.
Community Tie-In: These tools help spread the word and connect everything—earn $NIMO through activities, check out merch or the book.

Phase 2: Game Trilogy Rollout – "NiMo a CoSMiC aDVeNTuRe" (September 2025)
Goal: Release the full set of games on Remix.gg and nimocoin.art, linked with $NIMO and $FUNIMO rewards.
Game Evolution and Launch:
Started with simple hunts rewarding $NIMO.
Moved to X versions briefly.
HTML on nimocoin.art.
As of August 27, 2025: "Where's Nimo" and "The Nimosystem" live on Remix.gg.
September Release: "The Cosmic Quest" to wrap the trilogy.
Setup: Games connect—progress in one helps the others; play to earn $NIMO.

Phase 3: BagsApp Fundraising (August 22, 2025 – Until Funds Raised)
Goal: Bring in $475K through a dedicated fundraising coin on BagsApp to support game builds and tools.
Platform Launch: BagsApp for buying the fundraising coin with SOL.
Use of Funds: Goes to art, code, and community features—updates shared on X/Discord.
Milestones: Goal reached; coin shared.
Timeline: Ongoing until complete.

Goal: Share 24 unique NFTs with early winners, opening up a collection side on Magic Eden.

Perks: 1 of 1 original art creations

Goal: Release 1B ecosystem coins for game rewards and features.
Allocation: 20% dev, 20% team, 20% locked in Raydium pool, 40% for players.
Redemption: Swap $NIMO via email for ecosystem coins.
Milestones: Coin active; swaps going.
Timeline: After Phase 3 – June 2026.
